Who doesn't love Elmer?
I did this on a whim. It was pretty easy.One coat base. Then you dab a 2 colours on. Another clear coat. Another 2 colours. Another clear coat. Another two colours.
I know I could have done a better job. I did all 10 nails within an hour. I used so many different nail polishes and this was done AGES ago. Next time I do it, I will take pictures of the bottles.
But for the base coat and clear coats, I used Sally Hansen Green Tea + Bamboo nail strengthener.
