Look: Elmer Nails

Who doesn't love Elmer?

I did this on a whim. It was pretty easy.
One coat base. Then you dab a 2 colours on. Another clear coat. Another 2 colours. Another clear coat. Another two colours.

I know I could have done a better job. I did all 10 nails within an hour. I used so many different nail polishes and this was done AGES ago. Next time I do it, I will take pictures of the bottles.

But for the base coat and clear coats, I used Sally Hansen Green Tea + Bamboo nail strengthener.

Backdated: Halloween Nails 2009

I know it's all over but I really wanted to post this one. It's an oldie but a goodie!

I used nail stickers. I did not draw them at all. :) Although I can't really remember what colours I used. It was a while back. I have like 5 orange nailpolishes and an insane amount of purple. The only colour I have more than purple is green. I <3 green. It's my second fave colour, next to purple! So yes, enjoy this. I got a funny feeling I used my Skin Food nail polish. A korean brand. Shall check. This whole manicure took about an hour to do by myself. It actually lasted a whole week!

NOTD: A twist on the classic french!

Hi! I treated myself and got a maincure done.(So I couldn't take pictures of the bottles but it's OPI. We all know how it looks like) And this is how it turned out!

Pretty huh? Except I just got out of the shower and my hands just look a bit gross.

But, here's the low down.

OPI pink I'm Indi-a Mood for Love on my tips. Some random silver glitter from Colour Club. And the beautiful blue is OPI Russian Navy.

I might just try recreating this on my own. ^^ It seemed easy in the shop.

Gloomy nails!

This is my take on the gloomy bear nails.

I used Sally Hansen Hard As Nails in Sheer Lilac Gloss for the pink base. The white was some cheapie thing from Daiso called Pedicure Nail enamel. The red tips is a polish from Sephora called L10 Groseille (I think).

I just painted my half my nails in pink and the other half in white. Pink 3 coats, white 2 coats. Then I just dribbled the 'blood' on.

I like to think it looks like gloomy. What do you think?
